First with God, then with self, and others.
Honor the Process
Surrender any agenda and allow God to lead.
Our Story
Flourish Coaching initially began when a group of us travelled to India to train and coach the staff of an Anti-human Trafficking Initiative. Together, we found strength and encouragement from one another as we navigated the challenge of coaching both staff and individuals who have been exploited in the worst of situations. It was one of the most challenging experiences, but most rewarding as well. Since that time we have grown a community of like-minded coaches.
Our passion for helping people shows in how we approach every session, leaning on the Holy Spirit’s guidance, to bring creative techniques with a compassionate touch. We long to see people in the most healthy state of mind, body and spirit. Our hope is to bring freedom and peace to every person, group and organization we are invited into. We can't wait to connect with you!
Beth Rech
Beth received a certification in Spiritual Formation from Spring Arbor University Masters Program, but most of her inner healing training happened during her own journey with Jesus to find freedom for her heart. Her passion is for people to uncover who they are by discovering truths through encounters with God and His Word. When you can become honest and vulnerable with God, your relationship with Him totally changes and will lead to greater freedom and intimacy.
Because of Beth's life-changing healing experience, she longs to see people encounter God's presence and true character so that their hearts are transformed to become more loving to themselves, God, and others.
She has over 25 years experience of mentoring women in all stages of life. She believes everything is connected: body, soul (mind, will, and emotions), and spirit. She has been trained in many healing modalities, some being Immanuel Prayer and HeartSync Ministries.
Beth lives with her husband Jeff in Rock Hill, South Carolina and has 3 adult children and 1 granddaughter. She loves community and desires to have a healing center one day to allow people to experience rest and the presence of God, which will refresh and heal them through a variety of modalities spiritually and physically.
Dawn Mitchell
Dawn’s life passion is to see people walking in health and wholeness. Through her own journey, Dawn discovered the beliefs that were causing physical and emotional issues in her life. Encountering Jesus and coming out of agreement with wrong beliefs brought healing to her mind and body. She now wants to help others discover the healing and abundant life that Jesus died to give us.
She has dedicated the last 20 years in study and training to help others. She has been trained in HeartSync, Immanuel Prayer and many other wholeness healing modalities.
Dawn lives in Cornelius, North Carolina. She is married and has two adult sons. In her free time, she loves connecting with friends and family, spending time engaging in worship and taking walks with her dog. One of her greatest joys is giving prophetic gifts that touch the depths of people’s hearts with the love of God.
